Skills Sessions

• In addition to the Sunday team practice skills sessions are available
• Skills sessions target different areas: serving, setting, hitting, back row attacks and passing
• Skills sessions are not mandatory; however, coaching staff encourages players to attend to develop their skills
• Players attending skills sessions must attend the session age appropriate in respect to the level they play in the 2012 season.
• Blue Typhoons, Black Freeze, Blue Thunder and Black Storm attend 12U-15U
• White Ice, White Blizzard, White Lightning, Black Ice and Silver Hurricanes attend 16U-18U
• Please do not request to practice "up" or "down".  Sessions are developed for specific age levels.  This is also in response to requests from the 2010-11 year end survey that skills sessions be divided by age.
