6. Copy of player's primary insurance card
7. Signed JAVA parent/player handbook

9. $60 registration fee (accompanies WEVA registration)

2012 USA Volleyball Age Definitions 

Orientation/Registration Exemption

If you played for JAVA in the 2010-11 season (last year), you are exempt from Orientation.  HOWEVER, you must send the required items listed above to Stacey Lux, JAVA President, Prior to Try-Outs.  Paperwork will not be collected at Try-outs and MUST be received prior to November 12, 2011.

All other interested players MUST attend orientation.
